Support Analyst 3
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join the team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience. This role supports a game studio as part of the Operations team working at a AAA game studio. Ideal for someone eager to strengthen capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* In-person and remote user assistance with Windows PCs, Laptops, and Dev kits
* Triaging and resolving incidents, changes, and requests
* Assistance with device enrollment, policy configuration, and identity management using Azure AD and Intune
* Identification of recurring or large-scale incidents and root cause solutions and/or escalation to appropriate team
* Maintenance and updates to internal and external database of documented solutions
* Occasional server support: Replacing storage, moving servers, upgrading and replacing hardware
* Reporting on support incidents and adherence to SLAs
* Ability to pick up and move IT hardware weighing up to 40 pounds
* Support for studio-wide IT asset operations including tracking, maintenance coordination, and inventory audits for hardware and software
* Assistance with technology refreshes, equipment rollouts, and process improvements to ensure readiness, compliance, and cost-effective lifecycle management
Qualifications and Skills
* 5+ years of work-related experience
* Strong understanding of Microsoft products
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
* Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
Pluses
* Strong understanding of desktop support
* Experience with core IT infrastructure
Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of experience required for the role- service desk analyst, IT Help Desk experience
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 2 years experience triaging Azure AD and Intune
2. Minimum 3 year experience with support of Windows Desktop, Windows PC : software and hardware side
3. Minimum 3 year experience with Microsoft products
