Job Description

We are seeking an Escrow Support Processor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume escrow document processing and a proven ability to execute accurate file setup and compliance-driven documentation in a deadline-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform centralized clerical processing for initiation and closing of residential escrows.
• Set up, verify, and process escrow files and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Apply escrow procedures and maintain awareness of regulations governing escrow processes.
• Prioritize workload and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy in document handling.
• Flexibility to manage peak periods and shifting priorities; overtime may be required.
• Self-motivation and sound decision-making in a production setting.
• Ability to follow escrow procedures; awareness of regulations governing escrow processes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 years of escrow processing experience.
• Familiarity with residential escrow documentation workflows.

Role Notes:

• Strictly a production and processing role with no direct communication with branches, customers, agents, or lenders.
• Candidates must reside in close proximity to the Phoenix, AZ office. Candidates from Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe will not be considered.
