Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GMP-regulated quality systems, analytical documentation review, and controlled document management and a proven ability to independently assess compliance of test methods, protocols, and stability and release data.

Responsibilities:

• Review analytical release and stability data with minimal supervision for GMP compliance.
• Evaluate compliance of analytical documentation, including test methods and protocols.
• Review and approve controlled documents such as protocols, test methods, and specifications.
• Communicate proactively with peers, management, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of applicable GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Experience reviewing analytical documentation and data for compliance.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and professional communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable GMP industry experience in analytical laboratory, QC laboratory, manufacturing, or QA.

Preferred Skills:

• BS in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• Background in controlled document lifecycle within GMP environments.
