Job Description

We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML risk interpretation, alert quality review, and regulatory documentation and a proven ability to make risk-based determinations on alert disposition quality and data completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform quality analysis to determine whether compliance alerts were properly cleared by Alerts Analysts.
• Validate that alert data is accurately collected and documented, including investigations, SARs, CTRs, KYC, account and transaction data, and other relevant information.
• Document findings, rationales, and recommendations in accordance with internal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AML frameworks and regulations, including SAR and CTR requirements and KYC principles.
• Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Clear written documentation and communication abilities.
• 1-3 years of relevant AML, compliance, or quality assurance experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with alert case management systems and AML monitoring tools.
• Background in financial services operations or investigations.
