Program Manager Tech 3
Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA.
Position Title: Program Manager Tech 3
Location: Redmond, WA.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract - Redmond, WA.
Pay Range $65.00

Job Description:
Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Key Projects: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for supply chain software solutions, primarily on SAP and related tools, ensuring successful onboarding and process validation.
- Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm:
- Guide and execute UAT for software implementations (SAP, Excel tools).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering).
- Oversee onboarding, process mapping, and wrap-up activities.
- Daily interaction with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Pre-UAT Onboarding and Groundwork
- Activities:
- Onboard to existing structured UAT processes
- Lead resource planning and deployment for UAT, collaborating with project teams and test leads to develop UAT approaches and support setup.
- Partner with Engineering UAT lead to confirm complimentary role boundaries. Escalate to MSFT for resolution
- Become familiarized with test cases and scope of work
- Deliverables:
- UAT POR schedule, document resource expectations, cross-functional alignment for time
- Establish a dashboard for use during UAT updates
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for Warehouse Project
- Activities:
- Develop, document, and manage UAT test plans, test scripts, and report on findings, ensuring adequate test coverage and independent script reviews.
- Ensure readiness of test environment and data, coordinating with stakeholders to track UAT requirements and progress.
- Manage UAT progress tracking, report status and issues to program stakeholders, and coordinate defect resolution and retesting, ensuring user approval of test results.
- Coordinating UAT with business teams, engineering teams, and Suppliers
- Creating the execution plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Validating that test scenarios align with business requirements
- Deliverables:
- Schedule and progress dashboard updates
- Coordinate meetings, closing issues, logging gaps, and documenting change requests
- Drive defect tracking and clear communications
- UAT Wrap Up
- Activities:
- Transfer knowledge, deliverables, project records, and other relevant materials to MSFT
- Deliverables:
- Complete all documentation and open actions
- Prepare and transfer timebound deliverables
- Provide feedback in the form of a Best Practices and Recommendations summary.
Education/Experience:
1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Minimum 5 years, direct experience leading UATs in software implementations.
2. SAP: Minimum 3-5 years, hands-on experience with SAP in operational or testing contexts.
3. Excel: Minimum 3-5 years, advanced use for process mapping and reporting.
