BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager V for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Title: Program Manager II

Location: REMOTE/ ONSITE

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 08+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $60.73/hr-$65.48/hr

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting Leadership:Prepare agendas, drive discussions, and summarize key outcomes.
• Action Management:Assign tasks, track deadlines, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaboration:Partner with FPNA teams to align cross-functional goals.
• Change Management:Drive adoption of new EPM technologies across 100+ partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

EPM/FPNA Expertise:Proven background in enterprise project management and financial planning tools.

Reporting:Ability to synthesize data into executive-level insights.

Project Planning:Track record of managing large-scale tech projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Certifications:EPM, PMP, or Change Management credentials.

Tech Background:Familiarity with fast-paced tech environments.

Experience & Education

• Years of Experience:3-5 years in project management at large tech companies.
• Education:Bachelor's degree required.
