Job Description
We are seeking a Call Recording & Speech Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NICE platform suite, call recording, speech analytics, and WFM systems and a proven ability to implement, configure, test, and stabilize enterprise solutions in regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and produce effort estimates.
- Partner with Project Management to define technical tasks, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate implementation with vendor partners, including NICE.
- Install, configure, and update call recording, speech analytics, and WFM systems.
- Perform unit, smoke, and limited performance/load testing and support QA.
- Troubleshoot defects identified during testing and deployments.
- Participate in performance tuning to ensure stability and scalability.
- Provide production support through go-live and stabilization and design monitoring with L2/L3 teams.
- Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to production support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years implementing and supporting call recording platforms, speech analytics solutions, and WFM systems.
- Primary skill with NICE platform suite for call recording and speech analytics.
- Strong programming fundamentals with experience in configuration, integration, and release management.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts and SQL (basic to intermediate).
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Experience delivering through formal production and release processes and working both independently and in teams.
Technical Skills:
- NICE Platform Suite (Call Recording and Speech Analytics).
- Windows Server administration (expert level).
- .NET in Windows environments and PowerShell scripting.
- Web application protocols: HTTP, SOAP, XML.
- Application installation, configuration, and support.
- SQL for basic querying and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
- Linux operating system experience.
- Workforce Management system implementation experience.
- Performance engineering and monitoring tools.
- .NET proficiency.
Additional Hiring Details
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite. Onsite from day 1.
- Target start: June.
- Interview process: 1-2 rounds, video required.
- Glider ID verification required.
- Max 3 submissions per vendor.
- Candidates should include current location, relocation plan, availability/start date, and cooling-off status on resume.
