Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team supporting the Cesium Reference Data Platform within Global Markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in J2EE, Scala, and RDF/graph database technologies and a proven ability to design, build, and support resilient, enterprise-grade reference data services aligned to Never Down initiatives. This role requires three days onsite weekly. Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain services for the Cesium Reference Data Platform using J2EE and Scala.
• Implement RDF models and integrate with graph databases for scalable reference data management.
• Contribute to Never Down initiatives for 2026-2028 with a focus on availability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes, enhancements, and optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Application programming experience in J2EE and Scala.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Resource Description Framework (RDF) and graph databases.
• Ability to build reliable, scalable services for reference data platforms.
• Experience level: Unknown.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.

• Start: ASAP. Three days onsite required in Jersey City, NJ.
