- Lead and supervise a centralized escrow processing team and manage daily production workflow.
- Maintain accountability for productivity, quality, turnaround times, and SLAs.
- Monitor workloads, adjust staffing priorities, and authorize overtime to meet deadlines.
- Review escrow documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, escrow procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with branch teams to communicate expectations, process updates, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present production, quality, and performance reports to leadership.
- Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions.
- Lead change initiatives for process improvements, system updates, and workflow adjustments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance during peak periods.
- Make real-time decisions to mitigate risk, manage bottlenecks, and maintain commitments.
- Identify trends affecting productivity, quality, or morale and implement actions.
- Maintain team engagement and professionalism during high-stress cycles.
- High-demand, production-driven environment with strict deadlines.
- Extended hours and overtime during peak periods such as month-end and quarter-end.
- Workload intensity fluctuates with market conditions and transaction volume.
- Schedule flexibility required to meet operational needs and service commitments.
- 100% on-site work environment.
- Leadership and team management in a high-volume production environment.
- Escrow procedures, escrow documentation, and regulatory compliance expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with time management proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow-related systems.
- Effective communication with ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
- Problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making abilities.
- Experience driving process improvement and managing workflow adjustments.
- Experience with system updates and operational change management.
- Familiarity with P&L statements and operational cost awareness.
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in escrow processing or loan closings.
- Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a production environment.
- Experience managing high-volume workflows with strict deadlines.
